Recent Sales Numbers
We are now including the REO sales and short sales and their percentages of total sales. We will also leave the past months from 2010 in the e-mail so you can see the trend for the year. Please remember that we do this to earn your business and ask that you remember us when it counts…when you are writing contracts that you can DIRECT and talking to your buyer’s about a title company that you would recommend.
Trends: We see from the numbers that NORMAL SALES are trending up and short sales are also trending up…though at a slower pace. REO/Lender Owned sales are still continuing to level off (comparing percentage of total SF sales).

The Percentages in the chart above refer to the percentage of total sales for the month. Example: in February 2010 homes priced under $399,999 represent 93 % of the total sales in February 2010 (5,559 total sales).
We’ve been asked by several realtors about what price ranges are the short sales occurring in so we will start including this chart below in all future emails:
As of 3/12/10, there are 11,350 Single Family Homes PENDING!!! And a total of 13,169 total properties Pending in the MLS!
